2011 Medical Marijuana March

The annual march will be sponsored by Kansas City NORML and JoCo NORML. For 2011, the march will be focused on the medical issue.

Thanks for coming out, Kansas City!

We will meet at high noon at the JC Nichols Fountain. After marching through the Plaza, we will meet back at the fountain for a rally with speakers and educational information about cannabis reform, including a very exciting announcement! Be sure and ask about the scavenger hunt while you're there. You will have to pre-register for the scavenger hunt at the rally. Prizes will be handed out at the Benefit Show.

After the rally, join us at "The Q" for a Benefit Show and After Party! Bands will include MindzEye Lovellution, Arm The Poor, Brother Bagman, Joey Farr & The Fuggins Wheat Band, the Phantastics, and Phenometron. There will be prizes, NORML merchandise, raffles, and an awesome auction. Both carnivore and vegan food will be provided for donations.

This is a family friendly event. We ask that no alcohol be brought inside the venue. Five dollar suggested donation at the door. Directions to the venue will be provided the day of the show for those at the march, or by calling             1-888-kc-norml       ext 420.
